The HMEI, is an association specializing in matters concerning the HydroMeteorologicalIndustry©. It is a voice for our industry, which raises our profile with international organizations, such as the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), and international standard setting bodies, to the benefit of all companies involved in the hydro-meteorology area.

Membership and Fees
Membership is eligible to any company developing, marketing and/or selling hydrological and/or meteorological hardware, software, systems and/or providing related support services (including installation and educational services, but excluding forecasting services). 

The current annual contributions to be paid by a member are as follows:

The Annual member's Contribution is determined according to the Company’s Annual Sales Turnover (AST) figure in the area of Hydro-Meteorological product sales according to the member's most recent audited annual accounts.
