GOES has no airtime or data transmission costs and offers extremely low power requirements. FTS was first to introduce automatic correction of clock and oscillator drift, allowing up to 28 days without GPS maintenance. Due to our superiority with GOES Satellite, even other vendors use our GOES technologies. Globalstar is a two-way satellite link and although airtime fees do apply, FTS is the only company that offers SMS protocol, greatly reducing airtime. |
