Established in 1971, Delta-T Devices specialises in sensors and data loggers to measure and record hydrological, meteorological and other environmental parameters. The range includes weather stations, solar radiation sensors and soil moisture sensors. The soil moisture sensors feature ThetaProbes and SM200 Probes for volumetric water content, Profile Probes for measuring profiles of soil moisture to 1m depth, and sensors for soil water potential. All can be connected to a data logger, are low power and can be buried for long periods.

Delta-T also offers battery powered, environmentally protected, field data loggers, able to accept from 2 to 62 inputs.

In the field of solar radiation measurement, Delta-T introduced the world's first sensor, the NEW Sunshine Pyranometer (SPN1), able to simultaneously measure total and diffuse radiation plus sunshine duration in a single sensor.
