CAE is the largest Italian company
specializing in the production, installation and maintenance of complete
environmental monitoring systems for meteorology, hydrology, agrometeorology and similar applications. CAE has designed, manufactured, installed and currently maintains over 3200 automatic stations, composing about 85 real-time monitoring networks or sub-networks that cover more than 90% of the Italian territory. Each network is composed of automatic remote stations, measuring environmental parameters by means of dedicated sensors, connected by advanced data transmission systems (mainly radio links) to a central unit. It elaborates, stores and distributes the collected real-time data by means of specific software programs. CAE is widely appreciated for its capability to supply complete and very reliable real-time monitoring systems on a turn-key basis, offering to its clients high quality permanent support, often exceeding the contract commitments and even the clients’ expectations. |
