Campbell Scientific’s automatic weather stations are designed to consume minimal power from a 12V power supply making them ideal for long term remote climate studies as they can be left to run off a heavy duty battery and solar panel for months on end. A choice of communication protocols are supported so that data can be easily retrieved from remote stations.
